Our team

Diane M. Cunning is a Paralegal at Ganguly Brothers Misula PLLC in Rochester, New York, bringing more than 30 years of legal and administrative experience to the firm. She has been with the firm for six years and provides experienced support to the firm’s attorneys and clients.

Diane  has extensive paralegal experience in a variety of legal matters, including real estate, personal injury, traffic matters, and LLC and PLLC formation. Her extensive background in both legal and administrative work allows her to assist with a broad range of matters handled by the firm.

Originally from Binghamton, New York, she moved to Rochester in 2002 and has made the Rochester area her home.

Kenneth Lee is a legal intern at Ganguly Brothers Misula PLLC in Rochester, New York, where he assists attorneys with criminal and civil matters. His work provides him with experience in New York state and federal courts and exposure to a broad range of litigation and legal matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lee worked at L3Harris Technologies, where he supported Department of Defense contracts and international business operations, developing experience in client relations, cross-functional coordination, and business operations.

Mr. Lee earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Rochester in 2023. While at the University, he served as captain of the varsity tennis team. He plans to attend law school beginning in Fall 2027.

Khrystyna Derkach is an Administrative Assistant at Ganguly Brothers Misula PLLC in Rochester, New York. She joined the firm in September 2023 and supports the firm’s day-to-day administrative operations. She assists with client communications, responds to telephone inquiries, coordinates administrative matters, and provides support to the firm’s attorneys and clients.

Ms. Derkach earned a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages from Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University in Ukraine. Her academic background includes foreign language studies and translation.

Ms. Derkach is fluent in Ukrainian, English, and Russian. She also has experience providing interpretation services in federal and local courts, assisting with communication in legal proceedings. Her multilingual background allows her to effectively communicate with and assist clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
